1.Select “Email” tab.
2.Click on “Add Recipient/Manual Entry”.
(Even if the person you are adding is in the system, you still need to do this.)
3.Enter the email address of the person you are adding.
Click on icon for Address Book.
4.Click on “Create New Contact”
5a. Press on Stars icon (make sure Stars are highlighted, if not recipient won’t be added to “Favorites”).
5b. Enter name of person in the “Name” section.
Check email address to ensure it is correct
5c. Click “OK” at top to add person to “Favorites”.
